New firmware/applications for LG MS400H/MS450H MS408D/MS409D

Thanks to keltek, and Testers group.

Today we lanuch the last version to upgrade our LG equipments,
thi is for sure, the best available firmware.

- lgmenu v.105

I think there is a couple of small errors in this guide which may cause a lot of confusion:

Installation [...] MS400_100417_0148.img [...] Custom-KV-v104.tar.gz [...]

What I see at SF is: MS400_101027_0148-v1.2.zip and Custom-KV-v105.tar.gz

User carvicer report a serious bug which prevent weekly scheduling. I have the fix now prepared.

And...
... the file MS400_101027_0148-v1.2.zip contain MS400_100417_0148.img. Is it confusing?

This is not confusing by itself, but is not what you typically expect... But I was not talking about this confusion. Please read again my message ;)

Edit: Contrary to what you say, the file MS400_101027_0148-v1.2.zip at SF does NOT contain MS400_100417_0148.img (fortunately enough ;)
