"Scheduled stop" status in history viewer

I am pursuing my search of recurrent recording problems, and I can see aborted records with "scheduled stop" status in the history list of the web interface.
This evening it looks like my MS rebooted in the middle of a recording with no apparent reason, and this status is displayed.

So two questions here:
- what is the meaning of this status?
- has somebody met such random reboots?

Gurus wanted! This LG box has been driving me mad for months....
