Installation problems of PMLGMenu v1.0 (Custom KV 1.0)

Hi all,
I have read some negative responses about installation process of Custom package of PMLGMenu v1.0. Because I have very fragmented information, please can you make it little clear for me? Please if you have a installation problem (not the flashing the firmware, but installation of custom package), fill following form as a replay to my article:

1. model you use [MS400H/MS450H]
   
2. number of disks you have installed (and sizes of these)
   
3. did you have all disks initialized by LG PVR? (or at least the main one - for MS400H in disk bay, for MS450H the internal disk)
   
4. format of USB disk you use while performing installation
   
5. did you use the USB plug in front or back of your LG PVR?
   
6. how long (in minutes) you wait for installation is performed?
   
7. do you a familiar with telnet and all the Linux commands I (or someone in this forum) write on this forum?
   
8. If I write some scripts, are you ready to perform it on you LG PVR?

did you have all disks initialized by LG PVR? (or at least the main one): Yes

format of USB disk you use while performing installation: Pendrive. First I used FAT32 twice, after I tried with FAT

did you use the USB plug in front or back of your LG PVR?: The front one

how long (in minutes) you wait for installation is performed?: 10-15 minutes.

do you a familiar with telnet and all the Linux commands I (or someone in this forum) write on this forum?: No problem with Telnet. I am not a "full time" Linux user, so my knowledge about Linux commands is limited.

If I write some scripts, are you ready to perform it on you LG PVR?: Yes. I will have to choose a good moment, because is a "production" system.

The installation was not done, so I had to do it manually.

4-FAT and FAt32 (1GB)
5-Front
6-10/15 minutes
7-No problem with Telnet
8-Why not?
